At Trimino Brands we aim to provide premium shipping for our premium product.

We currently ship to street addresses within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes at this time.

Orders of 3 cases or more always ship free!

For orders of 1or 2 cases, including subscription orders, we offer $9.99 flat rate shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Order placed Monday through Thursday normally ship within 24 hours. Friday and weekend orders typically ship on Monday.

We do not operate on the following observed holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Please allow additional processing time for orders placed on holidays.

RETURNS

Unfortunately, we currently do not accept returns of product or exchanges of product.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

After processing, customers will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking information. Please allow at least 36 hours after placing your order before reaching out to our customer service team.
